Snippette

Instead of saying Sephora (the make-up store,) I keep saying ‘Sephiroth’. My co-worker can’t figure out why I keep saying Sephiroth and then laughing like a crazy.

There’s this saying — “Run like you’re being chased.”  So tonight on my jog, I started to run while getting that feeling that I was being chased.

A couple of seconds later, when I crossed the few yards of field you have to run through to get to the sidewalk, a fox/raccoon/manbeast ran across my path straight in front of me.  So I screamed and ran until I could feel every inch of my lungs burning.

Welp, at least I know that the technique works.
